From the "weird, but possibly useful" category, I bring you The Thriving Office CD. As it sounds, the CD is full of busy office noises. What's the point? To not sound like you're sitting in an empty bedroom with a desk in it when someone calls you.

Most full time new media geeks work at home. I'm not sure how many of us are putting forward a persona that requires us to sound like we're cubicle dwellers but I suppose the possibility exists.

The CD is for sale for $13 and contains two 37 minute tracks entitled "Busy" and "Very Busy" (I wonder if the "very busy" includes someone pulling the fire alarm). Alternatively, you can download only the "Busy" track for $6 (which is 37 minutes long and 3MB - holy low encoding, Batman).
