I've talked about the online Podcasting Legal Guide before and at the time it looked like a bandwagon effort that would likely run out of steam. Well, I was wrong. It's still here and it looks like it's being updated fairly regularly.
The table of contents has grown into a very usable beast and I'm happy to see the preamble right on the front page admits to a US legal bias.
Doesn't help us Canucks too much, but if you're concerned about US copyright and fair use laws, it might be worth another look.
