Monetizing Podcast Tips
Leesa  Barnes over at Podonomics recently wrote an entry about the OMDC's attempt to podcast the conference. Leesa's observations about what the OMDC did well and poorly is worth reading. Actually, I would say that the list of things they did poorly has more value to most podcasters.

You'll have to read the post to get all the details, but here's the main headings of the things that could have done better:

  • List of sponsors should be at the end of the podcast
  • Some podcasts were too long
  • Podcasts were offered months after the event
  • No call to action

All good points to ponder while we're staring at our microphones.
