A discussion about corporate and business podcasting with tips and guidelines

Podange has hit the street with a Beta "Station Owners" program. In a nutshell, someone (anyone!) can create "station" of podcasts - which appears to be nothing more than a hand-picked aggregate of topical podcasts - and make it available for subscription. Podango will then sell ad space on these "stations" and everybody gets rich. It costs nothing but time and passion and it pays from $25K to $250K per year or more. I've signed up for the beta because I want more information and that appears to be the only way to get it. The immediate questions that come to mind are:

• How can podango guarantee $25K per year. Or are they?
• How do the podcasters whose shows form this channel get paid? Or do they?

Anyone have any inside info on this? I'll post back if I get more info.
