This is an oldie but a goody. Sometimes there's just no rhyme or reason to the timing of something popping up in a feed reader.
Justin Williams has a great series/tutorial on podcasting over on Mac Zealots. In part one, he talks about podcasting tools in general. Part two is largely focussed on how to use Sound Track Pro.
The parts are only backlinked, though so I can't find parts 3, 4, and 5. Presumably they're done since these articles are from December 2005 but since the parts aren't intuitively addressed, I can't find them.
