Profcast is a podcasting suite designed specifically to turn lectures and presentations into podcasts.
ProfCast includes features to make it easier to create podcasts from lectures, special events and presentations. It can synchronize the display of slides with your audio, generate Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds, supports FTP, SFTP and .Mac, integrates with GarageBand 3 and iWeb, supports audio playthrough and more.
It sounds excellent, but given that I am Mac-less I can't see myself getting to play with this any time soon.
