A discussion about corporate and business podcasting with tips and guidelines

Aaron Brazell, of Technosailor fame, is participating in an Alternablog series on Pro Blogger. The Alternablog series deals with alternatives to blogging.

While I don't see podcasts as a type of blogging, there's a fair number of people out there that don't see the difference between a podcast and an audio blog.

Regardless of what side of that fence you're on, Aaron does a good job of discussing the pros and cons of what a podcast can do for an established blog.

I won't spoil it for you, but in essence Aaron feels that the pros include:

• Hitting 'on the go' consumers
• As a supplemental resource
• Great for interviews

There's a downside too, but you'll have to go read that for yourself.
