A discussion about corporate and business podcasting with tips and guidelines

The Creative Commons has put out a guide on the legal considerations of podcasting. It's a biggie and likely US-biased, but I'm going to find the time to read it.

The CC is being very clear that this is just a guide and does not constitute legal advice (as witnessed by the 'This_Guide_Does_Not_Provide_Legal_Advice' phrase contained within the actual URL itself.

Some of the areas that the guide covers are:

1. Legal issues in creating your own podcast
2. Legal issues surrounding how you distribute your podcast
3. Basic background to podcasting
4. Background and further resources

Regardless of where you live, it's likely that this guide is worth at least a cursory read if you're working in the podcasting space.
